Tiny Space Cooking

Good Clean Food in a Tiny Footprint

Verno and I been passionate proponents of the Tiny Life long before it was even on the radar.   We discovered that living with less affords more leisure time with family and friends, and especially more time to do the things we really love to do.  It also breeds extreme creativity, where instead of buying lots of stuff to make gourmet meals or make our home like the Jones', we rely on really inventive ways to get-it-DONE!  We kinda thrive on it, too...

Our current home is a 555 sq. feet (give or take) bungalow in the heart of Los Angeles, built in the early 1920's, so it came complete with amazing built-in storage, and just enough of a tiny yard to grow food.  The appliances are older, but are totally reliable at this moment, and we have plans to get more workspace into the kitchen, but that will come in time.

We hope that the conversation around healthy eating and maximizing cooking creativity inspires you to treat yourself to a new outlook on what it means to live a Mindful, Creative, Life. Cheers!
